XOMISSE has intellectual and creative rights of every design that XOMISSE has created. All products are property of XOMISSE and protected under copyright. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
When purchasing a theme form XOMISSE, you have two License options – Single License and Extended License. The details of which are detailed below. The license does not imply a transfer of copyrights.
The license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by XOMISSE at any time. Upon terminating your ability to use these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials immediately.
When you purchase a theme under the Single License, you acquire the right to
.:: Use XOMISSE theme for Personal, Non-Commercial Use only.
.:: Use XOMISSE theme on one personal blog.
.:: Customise fonts, colours, gadgets and pages.
.:: Resell, redistribute or share the template or part of it
.:: Use the theme on more than one site
.:: Remove, modify or hide the footer credit nor claim the design as yours
.:: Use the item for Commercial Use.
When you purchase a theme under the Extended License, it gives you the right to
.:: Use XOMISSE themes for Personal or Commercial Use.
.:: Use the theme on multiple sites and/or domains.
.:: Remove the footer credit corresponding to XOMISSE.
If you are using XOMISSE theme for a client project under the Extended License, you are fully responsible for support of your clients.
After we have successfully received your payment, your product information with download link will be sent to the email address you provided. This may take up to 24 hours but usually happens within minutes. Please ensure first you have checked your spam folder. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us with your order number.
All sales of digital products downloadable upon confirmation of purchase are final. Due to the nature of digital products, it is not possible to return the product therefore we DO NOT offer refund or exchange after purchase is made. If you are having any issue with the file, trouble setup, or have any questions, please submit a support ticket and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
XOMISSE provides product related support to verified customers via Support Ticket system. We may request you to provide us your purchase details and website login when needed.
Support is offered Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am and 6pm GMT. During this time, we generally reply to support tickets in the order received and aim to respond to all queries within 48 business hours. Please understand that more technical questions may take longer.
We are not available at the weekend, or on national holidays. Support may be closed during business hours for special occasions such as holidays, conferences or other situations that may arise, but this will be noted on the contact page. Please be aware of possible time differences.
Scope of support
We’re here to resolve any questions you might have about your new theme. Please understand that all design decisions have been consciously made and we cannot provide support for theme customisations or issues caused by modification to theme files, whether performed by you or others.

Each theme is rigorously tested before being packaged for sale. We strive to resolve any bugs that are reported to us as soon as possible, and will include the appropriate patches in the next theme update. Errors as a result of attempts to edit the template or code yourself are not our responsibility to fix. If you need repair work completed, it will be charged for at our hourly rate. We’ll try our best to help without charge if we can though.
Installation service is not included, unless otherwise noted but can be purchased separately. I recommend to back up your existing template and blog content. The omission of these steps, and its consequences, are your responsibility.
Blogger Themes are intended for Googles Blogger / Blogspot Platform. WordPress Themes and Genesis Themes are intended for use on WordPress.org, they will not work on WordPress.com. Genesis Themes will also require the Genesis Framework in order to function.
Our templates comply with strict HTML and CSS validation standards and are designed to work perfectly with current versions of all major browsers (i.e. Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Apple Safari). Variations may exist across multiple browsers and OS. XOMISSE is not responsible for inconsistencies that may appear with older browser versions, plugins or mobile devices.
We cannot guarantee that the themes will work if you modify any of the theme files or include third party applications. We cannot guarantee that themes will function with all 3rd party components, plug-ins or web browsers.
A small credit link to XOMISSE will be placed in the footer of your template to credit the designer and developer. This must remain on your blog as long as the template or design element is installed. If you wish to remove the link, you can contact us to purchase the complete rights.
Right of Refusal
XOMISSE reserves the right to refuse service to any client that does not comply with these terms of service.
